Manufacturing sector of INDIA:-

Developing countries like INDIA and CHINA is majorly a manufacturing hub and it is not only the sector actually it is very important for countries like this to take benefit from this and earn huge amount of money

Coming to our country we have to understand that a large amount of our GDP consist of mainly manufacturing sector and it is a plus point for us because the basic need for any manufacturing organization is labour, land and resources . And we all know that how these things are widely available in our country and in very low price too. This is the reason world’s largest mobile phone company apple is going to establish its one of the most important assembling unit in India

Now coming again on why India is too much below from CHINA instead of having a very cheap labour cost comparison to china

First reasoned for this is “skilled person” we all know that how skills are very much important for any organization or any manufacturing unit. It not only helps the company but also helps the organization to be more effective. Skills facilitate the persona to increase their value and also effectiveness too. Doing a job is somehow common for an unemployed person to do hard work but instead of this doing a smart work will help the person and company become more efficient.

Second and most important thing after labour skills deficiency “mass manufacturing” is the thing where INDIA lacks behind. We can understand it by example , like if A and B are two companies and both are manufacturing company they have to make candles for deewali, A belongs to India who makes 100 candle per hour and it cost 20 per piece for the candle so the selling price he put on it is 25.

Now on the other hand B company of CHINA who also manufacture candle but he manufacture 500 candles in per hour and it cost him 21 rupees for one so he sell it for 22 per piece

Now come the consumer that which brands the customer is going to purchase, obviously the second one that is B, because simply it is cheap compare to other. This is called mass manufacturing. Now how B is ahead of Av simple way we can understand that he focus on mass making and it will cost him less and in the same time he is able to manufacture more n more so that he can earn more n more and also capture more customer then A

This is the way CHINA IS ahead of India now talking about some important steps taken by government to boost this sector are

“Make in INDIA” this is the great initiative taken by the government to boost the manufacturing sector of our country with the help of this not only the growth will be seen but it also helps in employment of the country. In this step government encourage the desired ones to come into manufacturing sector by giving financial help like giving loans and also large tax waivers and also helps physically to establish their unit in large number. With the help of this on the ground basis large number of changes can be seen which not only help the desired ones to empower but also helps the peoples to get employed and let them contribute to this largest sector that is manufacturing sector.

According to the report of IMF and WTO there is a very huge scope for manufacturing sector in INDIA and that can be achieved easily with the help of government and policies makers.
